暂无简介Old Man Jones has a grocery store; his son Johnnie works for him. While delivering groceries, Johnnie meets and falls in love with Mrs. Jones, a widow. Her daughter May goes to the grocery story and meets Old Man Jones, and the two soon fall in love. Johnnie urges the widow to elope, but she's afraid of her daughter; Old Man Jones wants to elope with May but is afraid of his son. A plot is arranged: Old Man Jones goes to the widow's house in disguise. Thinking it's Johnnie, she comes out and the two drive off. When Johnnie arrives, May thinks it's the old man and steals out and they hurry off to the minister's. Old Man Jones and the widow arrive at the minister's and are married. Then Johnnie and May arrive, and another speedy ceremony is performed. All parties now feeling safe, the two women remove their veils, and the discovery is made that the wrong couples have been married. However, they decide to let it stay as it is.
